• Job Description: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimising inventory management? We are seeking an Inventory Manager to join our team in Hounslow. In this role, you will be responsible for reducing overstock and streamlining inventory processes while ensuring alignment with market demand. • Key Responsibilities:

· Inventory Optimisation: Regularly review stock profiles to reduce overstock and manage slow-moving stock efficiently.

· Process Management: Manage and streamline all stock and inventory-related processes and procedures within the branch.

· Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively.

· Demand Alignment: Ensure that current inventory levels align with current and forecasted market demand.

· Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage and reward staff based on inventory performance.

· Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong and natural communication, leadership, and management skills.

• Qualifications:

· 1 year of retail experience (preferred).

· 1 year of stocktaking experience (required).

· Valid driving license (preferred).

• Skills Required:

· Proven track record in process improvement.

· Data-driven approach to problem-solving.

· Exceptional organisational and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and leadership abilities.

· Proficiency in inventory management software/tools.

· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
