2. Market Analysis: Analyse customer reactions to products offered, packaging, pricing, and more details that drive sales.

3. Sales Data Analysis: Compile and analyse sales figures, preparing proposals for online marketing campaigns and promotional activities based on data-driven insights.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

5. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales staff to excel in their roles.

6. Market Research: Undertake market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

7. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive online social media strategy, including regular posts on social media pages to engage with our online audience.

8. Reporting: Produce reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies.

9. Competitor Analysis: Keep up-to-date with products and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the vaping industry.
